Link text and add buttons in a text tile

Select text to add a hyperlink or convert it into a button with custom styling. Covers link targets and button style options.

In addition to setting a tile action to "link," text can also be linked, either in the form of hyperlink or buttons.

To add a hyperlink:

  1. In the Site Editor, click the tile containing the text you want to link.

  2. In the Text Editor, highlight the text, then click Edit Link.

  3. Under Action, choose External Link, Internal Link, Expand Media or Download Media then click OK.

  4. Under Style, select Hyperlink

  5. Click Save, then Done Editing Section to save your changes.

To add a button link:

  1. In the Site Editor, click the tile containing the text you want to link.

  2. In the Text Editor, highlight the text, then click Edit Link.

  3. Under Action, choose External Link, Internal Link, Expand Media or Download Media then click OK.

  4. Under Style, select Button

  5. Under Button Type, choose Primary or Secondary.

  6. Click Save, then Done Editing Section to save your changes.
