There are different ways your visitors can access files shared via your microsite. Embeds and native file previewers, such as those for Presentations, PDFs, images, and videos, may show an option to download a copy of the file. Hypertexts can also be used to directly download files to your computer.
Only File types in the Media Library can be used for Download Media. This will not work with PDFs, Videos, Images, HTML Packages, and Presentations.
To allow file download:
Select the text you want to create a download link for;
Click the Edit Link button from the text editor menu;
Under the Create Link section in the left editing pane, select Download Media;
Under the Edit Downloadable Media, click Select file.
Navigate to, and select the file to be shared.
Click OK.
Select the preferred Style and/or Button type.
Click Save.
