Web addresses or URL can be re-assigned or transferred to another site, to maintain the traffic or content delivery, in a couple of ways:

  1. URL redirect : visits to the site link/URL gets redirected to another site;

  2. URL reassign : the link/URL is deleted from one site to be reassigned to another site.

To reassign or transfer a URL from Site A to Site B:

  1. The target URL must be deleted from Site A;

  2. Follow URL creation process for Site B using the target URL;
