PDF files or presentations may contain confidential data which requires its content to be hidden.
Using our expand PDF feature, you can hide PDF contents. This action is only available for PDF files.
Follow the instructions below on how to use the expand PDF feature.
Add a Grid Tile in a Section.
Click Add Tile and select your PDF by selecting:
Media from Library - if the PDF file had already been uploaded in the Media Library
Upload media - if the PDF file still needs to be uploaded.
Optionally, you may type in your preferred Caption and/or Alt Text.
Under Thumbnail, select whether to use the PDF Icon or Image from Media Library if you prefer a different thumbnail image.
Click the PDF Action tab and it will show you the PDF action called Expand PDF which will open the PDF in an overlay upon click.
Click Publish, click View Site, and click on your PDF Icon or Image to view the PDF contents.
