During the account creation, the account admin selects a user name associated with the logon details or email address. This user name is used in communications sent by the platform such as email reminder for prompts, or email notifications from authors who would request approval for site changes.

If the account admin or anyone in the team prefers to associate the logon details or seats with a different naming convention, the account or seat holder may refer to the steps below to change the user name.

To change the user name:

  1. Click Account from the left menu and click Account again on the pop-up window.

  2. Click Edit Name next to your profile name.

  3. Type the new name in the field.

  4. Click Save and then OK.
