You can log on to your Zoomforth account via email address and password, or with single sign-on (SSO) authentication.
To reset access for SSO logins, you will need to reach out to your internal IT department.
To reset access for email address and password authentication, follow the steps below.
To reset your password for an email - based logon:
Type in the email address associated with your Zoomforth account;
Click Request Password Reset;
Check your mailbox, including the Spam or Junk folders, for an email from email@example.com with the instructions to reset your Zoomforth account password;
Click or use the link in the email to create a new password.
Note: If you are unsure which email address to use, you can contact your Zoomforth Account Administrator to check this for you.
