How to log in to your Zoomforth account
There are two ways to log in to your Zoomforth account: via email address and password, or with single sign-on (SSO) authentication. This article will guide you through the steps for both methods.
Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication
An organization that has set up single sign-on (SSO) authentication for Zoomforth will show the organization's SSO login window after the email address has been entered into the Zoomforth login page.
If you are having issues logging in to Zoomforth using the organization SSO, you should first test if your SSO login will work in another company web application like your webmail. If you can't log in to another SSO-enabled application, then please reach out to your internal IT department for assistance otherwise, contact Zoomforth support by sending an email to support@zoomforth.com.
Logging in with email address and password
An organization may set up their Zoomforth accounts to use an email address and password to log in. A password field will automatically appear once the email address has been entered into the Zoomforth login page.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Reset your password for an email-based login
Type in the email address associated with your Zoomforth account;

Note: If you are unsure which email address to use, you can contact your Zoomforth Account Administrator to check this for you.
