One of the Visitor Access Settings that we offer is the Approved Emails. Using Approved Emails as a site's Visitor Access Setting means that only the owner's of the email addresses and email domains in the list will be granted access to the site.

For some sites, the list becomes lengthy as a lot of visitors had been granted access to it.  There are times that you will need to get a list of the approved email addresses for monitoring.  To do this, you will need to use the Bulk Edit button to extract all of the site's approved visitors.

To extract the list of approved email addresses

  1. Select your site from the Site Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Visitor Access tab in the Site Details view.

  3. Click on Approved Emails.

  4. Click the Bulk Edit button.

  5. Click the Copy emails button, and click Cancel to close the pop-up.

  6. Open your preferred app (e.g. MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Notepad, etc.) where you want to save the email addresses.

  7. Paste the emails that was copied from step 5 to your preferred app.

  8. Save the document (if the app does not automatically save the data).
