Requires Account Administrator Role

Our session timeout feature is enabled in the admin section of each account. Users expect this to happen based on their activity; however, this is only triggered based on the user's activity within the Zoomforth app.

An Account Administrator can set the timeout to 10 minutes (600 seconds) and up in the Account Admin Panel.

Users will then be shown a warning after 5 minutes of inactivity within the Zoomforth app.

There are three options to make the warning disappear.

  1. Users can just move the cursor around and be active in the app, and the warning would automatically disappear.

  2. Click Ignore

  3. Click Refresh session

If the user is active in the app, the warning timeout will not pop up as long as they are actively working.
