Arrange sections in your site

Reorder sections within a subpage by dragging them to a new position. Covers the section handle and reorder constraints.

Sections are stacked vertically on a subpage and determine the order in which visitors encounter your content.

Rearranging sections can help you prioritize important information, improve readability, create a more natural content flow, and enhance the overall user experience. Consider placing your most important or engaging content where it is most likely to capture your visitors' attention.

Arrange Sections on a Subpage

To change the order of sections:

  1. Open the subpage in the Site Editor.

  2. Hover over the section you want to move.

  3. Look for the up and down arrow buttons that appear in the upper-right corner of the section.

  4. Click the Up Arrow to move the section higher on the page.

  5. Click the Down Arrow to move the section lower on the page.

  6. Continue moving the section until it is in your preferred position.

  7. Repeat these steps for any other sections you want to rearrange.

Tip: Review the subpage from top to bottom after rearranging your sections. A logical sequence can make it easier for visitors to find important information and follow your content.
