Enable or disable in-site search

Turn the in-site search bar on or off. When enabled, visitors can search all indexed content across your subpages.

Another way for site viewers to navigate your site is through keyword search. When this utility is enabled, the in-site search icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of the site.

This gives your audience a faster way to identify content, highlighted in the search query result. By default, the contents in a subpage show up in the search query result, unless otherwise hidden. Contents in a subpage can also be hidden from showing in the search results.

To enable/disable the in-site search utility:

  1. Click Edit on the upper left corner of the site editor, next to the site title;

  2. Click the Content tab from the left editing panel.

  3. Tick / untick Show search icon;

  4. Click Done Editing.
