Another way for site viewers to navigate your site is through keyword search. When this utility is enabled, the in-site search icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of the site.
This gives your audience a faster way to identify content, highlighted in the search query result. By default, the contents in a subpage show up in the search query result, unless otherwise hidden. Contents in a subpage can also be hidden from showing in the search results.
To enable/disable the in-site search utility:
Click Edit on the upper left corner of the site editor, next to the site title;
Click the Content tab from the left editing panel.
Tick / untick Show search icon;
Click Done Editing.
