Prompts allow you to collect responses from your audience by asking a series of questions. You can build a Prompt using questions from the Question Library, create your own questions, or combine both.
Before adding questions, you will need to create a prompt from a template or scratch.
Add Questions to a Prompt
Zoomforth provides a collection of pre-made questions that you can add to your Prompt. These questions are organized into the following categories:
Employer Branding and Recruiting
Onboarding
Learning and Development
Internal Comms
Sales and Sales Training
Marketing
Add Questions from the Library
To add questions from the library:
Open your Prompt and click Edit Questions.
Browse or search the available question categories.
Select the questions you want to include in your Prompt.
Continue adding questions until your Prompt contains everything you need.
When you're finished, click Preview & Send.
You can also create your own questions if the Question Library doesn't contain what you're looking for.
Add Your Own Questions
To create a custom question:
Open your Prompt and click Edit Questions.
Click Create New Question.
Enter your question in the provided field.
If needed, add Help Text to provide additional context or instructions for respondents.
Select the Accepted Media that respondents can use when answering the question.
Click Save.
Click Create New Question to add another question.
Repeat these steps until you've added all the questions you need.
When you're finished, click Preview & Send.
You can combine questions from the Question Library with your own custom questions in the same Prompt.
