Add a video response option to a prompt

Allow respondents to record or upload a video as their answer to a prompt question. Covers format and storage.

In Zoomforth, you can add a video to your Prompts. You can add a welcome video that will appear at the top of the Respond page, or a video response to your prompts.

How to set a Prompt question to only accept videos as answer

In this video, you'll learn how to create a video response option to a prompt within the Zoomforth platform.

1. Click "Prompts" to open the Prompts Dashboard in Zoomforth.

2. Click the prompt you want to edit.

3. Click "Edit Questions" to modify the questions within the selected prompt.

4. Click "Create New Question" to add your preferred question to your prompt; or

Click "Add from Question Library" to select a question from the existing library. We'll use this option for this example.

5. Click your chosen question from the Library.

6. Click "Add To Prompt" to include the selected question in your prompt.

7. Uncheck other response options Text, Image, and PDF so only Video answers will be accepted. Only selecting video under Accepted Media means that only a video response can be used to answer the question. You have an option to add a Help Text to have an additional explanation of what is needed to answer the question.

8. Click "Save" to apply and save all changes made to the prompt.

9. Click "Preview & Send" to review the prompt and send it to the intended recipients.

10. You will now see two options to share your prompt.
