If you accidentally deleted a site, template or noticed a missing site from your account, we may be able to help you recover it. You may send us a message directly using the blue message icon located on the lower right corner of the Zoomforth platform or you can simply send us an email to to support@zoomforth.com, with helpful information such as the name of the site, when it was last seen or deleted, etc.

To avoid or minimize disruptions brought by deleted sites or templates, we suggest backing them up. Please visit this article for some tips about doing a backup.
