Recording videos in Zoomforth can be done in both Prompts and in Sites to create tiles. When you record a video, you may realize that we save your videos with a .webm extension. This can be confusing at first but you can be sure that it is a valid video format.
If you are trying to download a recorded video and find that you cannot play it on one of your applications then you have a few options:
Download and use VLC Media Player to play the video. VLC will play almost any file type and works no matter what operating system you are using.
