You can turn text in a media tile caption into a clickable link. This allows you to direct site visitors to relevant pages, resources, media, or other content directly from the caption.
The caption text editor includes an Edit Link option, which lets you select the type of action and format the linked text as either a hyperlink or button.
Add a hyperlink to a media tile caption
In the Site Editor, select the media tile containing the caption you want to edit.
In the Caption Text Editor, highlight the text you want to make clickable.
Click Edit Link.
Select one of the following:
External Link — links to a page outside your site.
Internal Link — links to another page within your site.
Expand Media — opens the associated media in an expanded view.
Download Media — allows visitors to download the associated media.
Click OK.
Under Style, select Hyperlink or Button.
Click Save.
Click Done Editing Section to save your changes.
The selected caption text will now function as a clickable hyperlink or button, depending on the style you chose.
