Those who are not whitelisted to view a site with email, MFA, or SSO authentications can send requests to access the site.

Email notifications with links to the site are sent to site admins to handle the access requests.

1. Click the site from the Sites and Templates dashboard.

2. Click Visitor Access tab from the Site Details menu.

3 Click Pending Access submenu to see the list of pending requests, which can then be approved or declined. For MFA device reset requests, it is highly recommended to validate the request before approving it, as there is a possibility that such a request has been made from compromised email access.
