Looking for sites or templates from the dashboard is easy! The search box is at the upper left of the dashboard, and the search results are based on the keyword hits against the names or titles of the sites or templates, descriptions, and folder names.
If you see sites or templates listed in the search results which do not contain any of the search keywords you used, in the names or titles of the sites or templates, those keywords should appear in the folder names where the sites or templates are located, or in the descriptions used.
The four filters below help you narrow down the search results to help you find your site quicker:
Created By - show only sites or templates which were created by the selected User;
Accessible By - show only sites or templates which can be accessed in the dashboard by the selected User;
Visitor Access Setting - show only sites or templates with the selected visitor access setting (e.g. Public, Email, Password, SAML);
Site status - show only sites or templates which have the selected status. You can select multiple options in this dropdown (e.g. Active, Scheduled to deactivate, Never Published, Deactivated, Archived)
