A table organizes information into rows and columns, making data easier for site visitors to scan, compare, and understand. Tables can be customized at both the site editing and theme levels to improve readability and match your site's design.
You can customize individual cells directly in the table editor, including their background color. Other table properties, such as fonts, borders, spacing, and cell dimensions, can be adjusted through the Theme Editor.
Change the Background Colour of a Cell
To change the background color of one or more cells:
Navigate to the table you want to edit.
Select the cell or group of cells you want to customize.
From the pop-up editing toolbar, click Cell Background.
Select your preferred color from the color picker.
The selected color will be applied to the cell or cells.
Customize Other Table Properties
Additional table properties can be customized through the Theme Editor. Available options may include:
Font style and size
Text alignment
Borders
Cell height
Margins and spacing
Other table-related styling variables
To customize these properties, open the Theme Editor and search for the relevant table variable or setting.
Tip: Use the Theme Editor for global table styling, while the table editor is useful for making changes to individual cells.
