The Authentication Screen Logo and Tracking Screen Logo are displayed on specific visitor screens in Zoomforth. These logos can be updated through Zoomforth Customer Support.
Authentication Screen Logo
The Authentication Screen Logo appears at the top of the authentication screen visitors see before accessing your site.
The authentication screen is displayed when the site's Visitor Access Settings are configured to use any of the following:
Password
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Approved Emails
Tracking Screen Logo
The Tracking Screen Logo appears on the tracking screens shown when visitors are prompted to provide their name and email address.
The tracking screen is displayed when:
Visitor Access Settings are set to Password or Public, and
Visitors are required to enter their Name and Email Address.
Request a Logo Change
Logo changes are handled by Zoomforth Customer Support. Before submitting your request, make sure the new logo is hosted online and that you have its publicly accessible web URL.
You can host the logo using:
OneDrive
Google Drive
Another file-sharing or hosting service
Zoomforth's Public Hosting feature

Information to Provide to Customer Support
When requesting a logo change, provide:
The web URL of the logo.
Clearly specify which logo you want to update:
Authentication Screen Logo, or
Tracking Screen Logo
Important: Make sure the logo URL is publicly accessible. If Customer Support cannot access the file, the logo cannot be updated.
