Through Zoomforth Customer Support, the logo for the Authentication and Tracking Screen can be changed.

The Authentication Screen Logo is the image found on the top of the site visitors authentication screen, shown before viewing the site (See sample image below). The authentication screen will only appear if your site's Visitor Access Settings is set to use Password, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), or Approved Emails.

The Tracking Screen Logo is on the tracking screens that visitors see when we prompt them for their name and email address. The tracking screen will only appear if your site's Visitor Access Settings is set to use Password or Public and requires visitors to enter their Name and Email Address.

Make sure that you already have the logo uploaded to a file-sharing site (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.), or you can also upload it via Zoomforth's Public Hosting. Provide the web URL of the logo and indicate if it's for Authentication Screen Logo or Tracking Screen Logo.
