You can make it easy for visitors to join a Zoom meeting directly from your Zoomforth site. You can either provide a link that opens the meeting or embed the Zoom meeting window directly into your site.
Zoom Meeting Embed Link
To embed a Zoom meeting window directly into your Zoomforth site, use the following URL format: https://success.zoom.us/wc/join/{Meeting-ID}
Replace {Meeting-ID} with your 10-digit Zoom Meeting ID.
Example: https://success.zoom.us/wc/join/7180275642
Note: Make sure you replace the example Meeting ID with the Meeting ID for your own Zoom meeting.
Create a Button to Open a Zoom Meeting
Create or open the tile or section where you want to add the Zoom meeting invitation.
Paste the Zoom meeting invitation into the tile or section.
Highlight the Zoom meeting link and copy or cut it.
Highlight the text you want to use as the link, such as Join Zoom Meeting.
Click Edit Link.
Select External Link.
Click inside the URL field and paste the Zoom meeting link.
Click OK to save the link.
Click Button to convert the linked text into a button.
Click Save.
Click Done Editing Section to finish editing the section.
Tip: If you want visitors to join the meeting without leaving your Zoomforth site, use the Zoom web client embed URL format described above instead of linking directly to the standard Zoom meeting invitation.
