Posting your site in LinkedIn will display a web preview that people will see before they click or open the site. There are times when an outdated thumbnail image of the site is seen, instead of the recent changes you've made. This happens because LinkedIn caches link preview content for 7 days, and you will need to clear the cached site preview to update it.
To clear the cached site preview
In a web browser, go to https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/
Enter your Zoomforth website address in the bar and click Inspect. Clicking Inspect will:
Re-scrape the web preview cache, and it will pull your recent thumbnail.
Display a web preview of the site.
You can now share your Zoomforth website address with its updated thumbnail on LinkedIn.
