Disable mobile site view

Force your site to always display in desktop layout on mobile devices. Covers when this is appropriate and the trade-offs.

Disabling mobile view is a trade-off. Before doing so, review the mobile design guide for Zoomforth sites to consider the alternatives.

By default, the sites you create are optimized for mobile device viewing. There may be instances, though, that you might want this option disabled so the site loads or renders on browsers differently.

To disable the mobile view of a site

  1. Go to the editor of the site.

  2. Click Styling from the left pane menu.

  3. Under Layout at the bottom of the sidebar, select "Use desktop layout for all devices" and click Done.

  4. Click Publish on the upper right to apply the change to the site.
