Site access failure logs allow you to review instances when visitors were unable to access your site. The logs can help you identify failed access attempts and determine when they occurred.

From the Sites and Templates dashboard, locate the site you want to review.

Under Downloads, locate Site access failures.

1. From the Sites and Templates dashboard, locate the site you want to review.
2. Open the site's Details panel.
3. Select the More tab.
4. Under Downloads, locate Site access failures.
5. Click Download.

A log file containing the site's access failure information will be downloaded to your computer.
